Machinations, 2006

The Engine (2006) disappeared as evidence to reappear inside of the Musée National des Beaux-Arts du Québec as a work of art. It’s a loose interpretation of the fuselage of a Rolls-Royce RB211 airplane’s engine. The space occupied by its volume allows us to measure the scale of the disappearance.
